Account and email
Can't verify your email?
Registration and the resend button return the same response whether an address is unknown, already verified, or still unverified, so a mistyped address gives no signal on its own. Check your spam folder first, then resend the link from the banner shown at the top of your account. Each verification link is valid for four hours, and requesting a new one invalidates the previous one.
Credits and billing
Your credit balance is shown throughout the app while you're signed in. If a report is refused for insufficient credits, that dialog is not a bug — it explains the shortfall and offers a trial or a plan. Invoices, receipts, and subscription cancellation are handled by our billing partner in a hosted customer portal, reachable from your account's billing settings; this app does not rebuild them itself.
Reports and data
Why does a panel say "unavailable"?
This product never fabricates data for a source it could not reach. When a panel says unavailable, that's an honest signal that one input could not be gathered for this search — not a broken page. Reports may be partial: unavailable inputs are left unscored, and their weight may be redistributed across the remaining scored factors.
